Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, in general customers will be eligible for a refund if their order arrives damaged. The customer must show proof of this. Photos of damaged items can be sent to email@example.com. Please quote your order number when either emailing or using the contact form in regards to refunds.
Please note that shippping costs are non-refundable. Once an order is sent out, it is out of our hands and there may be external factors that affect shipping times.
